General Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in related major, preferred from reputable/overseas universities
- Proficient in English & good in Microsoft Office
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication/negotiation skills
- High integrity & loyality, energetic, creative-innovative-visionary thinking, discipline, responsible, hard worker
- Good in presentation, costing, budgeting, reports
- Get used to work under pressures, target/dateline oriented, and able to work independently or team based
Special requirements :
- Experienced & mastering the job in the same fields, at managerial level min 5 yrs (all post), except : A1, C5, D4, D5, E3, min 3 yrs in Spv Level.
- Good in Mandarin (A1, E6)
- Agree for the placement in Yogyakarta, except : A1 (Cikarang ); C3 (Jakarta/Yogyakarta); C1-2, C4-5, E1, E5 (Jakarta)
