General Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in related major, preferred from reputable/overseas universities
- Proficient in English & good in Microsoft Office
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication/negotiation skills
- High integrity & loyality, energetic, creative-innovative-visionary thinking, discipline, responsible, hard worker
- Get used to work under pressures, target/dateline oriented, and able to work independently or team based
Special requirements :
- Experienced & mastering the job in the same fields, at managerial level min 5 yrs (A1, D1, D2, D3, D6, E2, E4, E6, E7), at supervisor level min 3 yrs (C1, E1, E3, E5, E8)
- Experienced & capable in their job in the same fields 2-3 yrs (for other post)
- Good in Mandarin (E6)
- Good in Javanese Language (D9, E8)
- Good in presentation, costing, budgeting, reports for managerial post
